Caracterización de operadores de imagen cerrada

En el presente artículo se caracterizan en una C*-álgebra los elementos para los cuales existen inversos generalizados. Según el teorema de representación, dichos elementos corresponderían en L (II) a los operadores que tienen una imagen cerrada.
El resultado de este artículo es de importancia para la construcción del espacio de Hilbert asociado a una C*-álgebra.
