Espacios de Sobolev H1 y H2

Los espacios de Sobolev son espacios de funciones reales o complejas de varias variables reales integrables en el sentido de Lebesgue y diferenciable en el sentido de las distribuciones, esto es, débilmente diferenciables. Estos espacios así como sus generalizaciones, son importantes por estar vinculados a numerosos problemas en la teoría de ecuaciones diferenciales parciales y en otras áreas del análisis matemático. Actualmente constituye una herramienta fundamental en este campo. El nombre de estos espacios recuerda al matemático soviético que los introdujo, quien contribuyó con muchos resultados a la teoría, entre ellos el importante "teorema de inmersión de Sobolev".
