Proyecciones (Antofagasta), provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle of:

Offering the public free access to every component of our journal.

Any user who accesses our journal is allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or use them for any legal purpose, without any financial, legal or technical barriers, other than those that are inseparable from those involved in accessing the Internet itself.

The journal does not charge authors for submitting, processing, and publishing their articles and gives them control over their work's integrity and the right to be appropriately acknowledged and cited.

The authors (without any kind of embargo) are allowed to deposit all versions of their works in an institutional or thematic repository:

  • Preprint
  • Manuscript accepted by the author
  • Registry version

Archiving and Preservation Policy

Proyecciones (Antofagasta) uses PKP-Private LOCKSS Network to create an archive distributed among the participating libraries, allowing those libraries to create permanent archives of the review for preservation and restoration purposes.

In addition, the Journal is in the Keepers Registry

From Volume 38 Number 3,  the journal has a License Creative Commons BY 4.0.
